Some are contained in stately homes and others in converted barns, and one is even in the old post office building.

A small town that clings to America's notion of a friendly small town atmosphere. Wellfleet is being recognized for its charm and its diversity that makes it stand out from all the others. This site would like to help recognize the charm and inner personality of Wellfleet and also bring national exposure to a town that has rapidly become "The" town to see on Cape Cod. As a 1934 brochure says "Today an Ideal Vacationland" now as then there is no better way to say it.
